For kitchen and bath remodeling contractors

They message you while you're on the job. We answer. In under 5 minutes.

you just show up and quote

We run Spanish-language ads to homeowners in your area, answer every message and every call around the clock, check that they own the home, that they're in your service area and that the budget works for you, and put the estimate appointment on your calendar.

30 minutes. No cost, no commitment.

Why the job gets lost

You don't lose the estimate on price. You lose it the same day.

  • They call you at eleven in the morning

You're tearing out a bathroom with both hands busy. By the time you come out of the dust and check your phone it's nine at night, and that homeowner already has two other estimates.

  • That lead you bought was never just yours

If it came from a portal, you already know how it goes: the same homeowner went out to other guys too. And they don't pick the best one on the list. They pick whoever called while the page was still open.

  • The quotes that never closed are sitting dead in your phone

People who asked you for a price three months ago, never said no, and nobody called back. It's the cheapest list you own and it's parked.

How it works

From a message at nine at night to an estimate on your calendar.

  1. We talk for 30 minutes

We run the math with your numbers: what your average job is worth, how many of every ten estimates you close, and how many visits you can take a month. If the math doesn't work for you, I'll tell you on that call and I won't sell you anything.

  2. You sign and hand over access

Your ad account, your page, your calendar and your number. No passwords: everything by invitation, and you can revoke our access whenever you want.

  3. We build it in 7 to 10 business days

That clock starts when you hand over complete access and materials, not when you sign. If you hand over half, the clock moves and we tell you.

  4. The ads go live in your area, in Spanish

Aimed at homeowners in the area you actually serve, with your name and your work, not stock photos.

  5. We answer in under 5 minutes, any hour

Chat on WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger, plus a voice assistant that picks up the phone. It identifies itself as an automated assistant from the first message, because hiding it shows and it's also illegal.

  6. We qualify before we take up your week

Do they own the home, are they inside your service area, what project do they want and what budget do they have in mind. Anyone who doesn't clear that filter never reaches your calendar.

  7. The visit gets booked and followed up

It lands on your calendar. Anyone who goes quiet gets five touches in fourteen days across two different channels. And every week we review the campaigns and send you the report.

Pricing

I'll give you the whole number before you call me.

Lora Max. No setup cost, no lock-in.
$3,997/mo

Plus your ad spend, which you pay straight to Meta. It doesn't go through us and we take no cut of it.

How much to put into ads

For remodeling we ask you to commit at least $1,000 a month and we recommend $1,500. The contract sets a $500 minimum, and in this trade we don't take it: at $500 the math doesn't get us to 15 estimates, and I'd rather tell you today than on day 55.

At $1,500 in ads, that's $5,497 a month all in.

  • Billed monthly, in advance
  • Cancel any time, in writing, before your next billing date
  • No prorated refunds for a cycle you already paid
  • The price you sign holds; any change comes with 30 days' notice
Work guarantee

15 estimates in 60 days.
If they don't land, we keep working unpaid.

It's in the contract, not in an ad: 15 appointments booked within your first 60 days of active service. If we don't get there and you held up your end, we keep delivering the full service without charging our fee until we do, or for up to 90 more days, whichever comes first.

What it isn't: it isn't a refund, and it isn't a guarantee of sales, closings or revenue. We don't control your pricing or the homeowner's decision. It's a commitment of work, and that's how it gets paid.

Your end, during those 60 days

  • You hand over access, materials and approvals on the agreed schedule
  • You follow up on leads and appointments within the agreed time
  • You keep the ad spend running without pausing or cutting it
  • You give us truthful information and comply with the compliance annex

The 60 days start when the campaigns actually launch, not when you sign. What counts as a valid estimate is defined in writing in your service order before the first ad goes out.

Before you book

This isn't for everyone.

Read it slowly. If it doesn't fit, you save half an hour and so do I.

Not for you if…

  • Your average job is under $15,000

On small jobs you have to close a lot more of them before anything is left over after the $5,497 a month. It isn't that the system fails: at that ticket the math gets tight fast.

  • You close fewer than two out of every ten estimates

We get you to the door. Closing the job is yours. If that's where your business leaks, this brings you visits and frustration.

  • You can't put $1,000 a month into ads on top of the fee

That's the floor for this trade and we don't lower it. I'd rather not sell you something that won't work on that budget.

  • You have nobody to run estimates this week

If your crew is booked three months out, you don't need more estimates. You need another crew.

  • You want to approve every ad and every message before it goes out

We listen to how you talk to your customers and we respect it. But if every change waits for your sign-off from the middle of a job, this gets slow and stops working.

  • You mostly do small repairs and emergency work

The system is built around an estimate visit for a defined project. For two-hour jobs it doesn't fit.

For you if…

  • You do kitchens, baths or full remodels

Average job of $15,000 and up, with a defined scope and an in-home estimate visit.

  • You close at least two out of every ten estimates

At that close rate and that ticket, the fifteen in the contract cover what you're paying and leave work on top. That's the math we run together on the call, with your numbers.

  • You have a crew and room for eight or ten visits a month

Estimates only work if somebody shows up. If nobody can, the calendar fills and nothing closes.

  • Your license and insurance are current where your state requires them

We don't publish an ad without verifying the license where the law asks for one. It's a requirement, not paperwork.

  • Calls go unanswered and you know it

That's the problem we solve. If you already have someone answering in five minutes around the clock, you don't need us.

What you're going to ask me on the call.

The service is $3,997 a month, billed in advance, with no setup cost and no lock-in. Your ad spend is separate: you pay it straight to Meta and it never passes through us. For remodeling we ask you to commit at least $1,000 a month and we recommend $1,500. At $1,500, your total cost is $5,497 a month.

They message you while you're on the job.

We answer. In under 5 minutes.

30 minutes. No cost, no commitment.
